New York band Gogol Bordello, who will be performing in Vilnius this summer, announced they will be releasing a new album. The band, set to perform at the capital's "Vasaros terasa" on July 30th of next year, confirmed the news by releasing the track "Hater Liquidator," which they describe as a "bonanzatronic dance floor crusher." This is the second single from Gogol Bordello's upcoming album "We Mean It, Man!", scheduled for release on February 13th.

Gogol Bordello, who will host perhaps the loudest summer concert in Vilnius next year, recorded the new album with experienced music industry sharks. "We Mean It, Man!" was produced by Nicky Launay and Adam "Atom" Greenspan, who have previously collaborated with music stars such as Nick Cave & "The Bad Seeds," "Yeah Yeah Yeahs," "Amyl & The Sniffers," and "Idles."

Here’s what Eugene has to say about what to expect from the new album out in February:

“This album brings all original inspirations of Gogol Bordello together more than any other: punk, hardcore, synth punk, Gypsy music. I never saw them as separate cookie jars–we are cross-pollinators. I conceived the idea of this album as a collaboration with one of my favorite producers of all time, Nick Launay. After meeting Nick at a party some years ago we knew we were gonna make a record together, it was just a matter of time. I believe that the new album is the best Frankenstein we’ve done since ‘Gypsy Punks.’”

Following their performances across North America next year, "Gogol Bordello" will move to Europe. During the "We Mean It, Man!" world tour, the band will perform concerts not only in Lithuania, but also in Latvia, Estonia, and other countries.
