Biplan performed in the United States of America

The band Biplan announced a new studio album after a 6-year break and... traveled to America. The long-awaited album "Viskas kaip patinka tau" will be released in November and will be presented at exclusive concerts on November 7 at "Vakaris Vilnius", on December 30 at the concert hall "Saulė" in Šiauliai and on December 31 at the Kaunas Cultural Center "Girstutis". The band held a dress rehearsal for these concerts across the Atlantic - in the City of Angels in Los Angeles.

Tickets for the concerts to present the new album of the band "Biplan" in Vilnius, Šiauliai and Kaunas can already be purchased on the ticket distribution platforms "Shownet.lt", "Ticketmarket.lt" and "Bilietai.lt".

The band Biplan, which visited sunny California last week, gave an exclusive performance at the festival "Lithuanian Days 2025" organized by the Lithuanian diaspora community. The musicians were entrusted with a unique mission in the annual festival program: the band became the main stars - they had the honor of closing the first day of the festival.

“It was a great concert and a celebration of our 30th anniversary in America - we received many congratulations, many people did not believe that we had been playing for so long. It was a wonderful meeting with our compatriots, who promised to come to our upcoming concerts in Lithuania,” shared Max Melmanas’ impressions of the trip. “This was not the first time we visited California, everything is familiar to us here. We joked that we could be guides for those who are coming here for the first time. We visited beautiful natural parks. I am a sea person, so if I cannot visit the Baltic Sea, I will definitely visit the Pacific coast. In Los Angeles, we feel at home and we travel, as in the song “From point A, to another point <...>, from one end to the other end.”

During the short but impressive trip, Biplan not only gained ideas that they will try to implement in the upcoming concerts, but also found time to visit several famous places. On the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, the band not only took a photo near the star of actress Sophia Loren, sung in the song "Movies", but also immortalized a still nameless star, which may someday be decorated with the name Biplan. The musicians also visited nature parks and the Pacific coast, where they watched seals.

The musicians, who will soon return to Lithuania, will begin preparations for the upcoming concerts in Vilnius, Šiauliai and Kaunas. On November 7, Biplan will release a new studio album "Viskas kaip patinka tau". The new studio recording, which will be released after a 6-year break, will end one stage of the band and begin a new one.
