The popular duo Abor & Tynna will soon hold a concert in Lithuania. The performers of the Eurovision hit "Baller" will perform at the art factory "Loftas" in Vilnius on October 22. Tickets for the Abor & Tynna concert are sold by the ticket distribution platform "Shownet.lt". While fans are waiting for this concert, we are introducing you to some little-known facts about Abor & Tynna.
1. They are brother and sister
Ever since the duo was selected to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest, where they defended the honor of Germany, many questions have arisen: are they friends or just colleagues from the music industry? However, it soon became clear that Abor and Tynna are brother and sister.
2. They are from Austria
Although they represented Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest, Abor and Tynna were born and raised in the Austrian capital of Vienna.
3. They have Hungarian roots
Abor and Tynna were born into a Hungarian family living in Austria. Both parents are closely connected with music.
4. Their father is a cellist
The siblings' father, Csaba Bornemisza, has dedicated his entire life to music and has performed professionally with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the Vienna State Opera. He has been a member of the Philharmonic since 1993.
5. Abor and Tynna are stage names
The brother and sister are called Abor and Tynna, but their real names are Hungarian: Attila and Tünde Bornemisza.
6. They studied classical music
Following in their father's footsteps, the brother and sister studied classical music from a young age, playing classical instruments. Abor plays the cello, like his father, and Tynna plays the flute.
7. The song for Eurovision was chosen by Stefan Raab
The duo was advised to perform the song "Baller" at the Eurovision Song Contest by the famous German entertainer, TV presenter, producer and businessman Stefan Raab. In the German national selection for Eurovision, Abor & Tynna participated with their own song "Babylon". Later, the duo chose the song "Baller" because Stefan Raab advised him to do so, after finding a short excerpt of the song on the duo's Instagram profile. Stefan Raab has also mentored German singer Lena, who won Eurovision in 2010.

The famous Abor & Tynna song "Baller" received so many points at the Eurovision Song Contest: the audience awarded it 74 (11th place), and the country juries - 77 points (13th place). The Lithuanian jury awarded it 6 points, and the viewers of our country - 8 points.
9. 15th place
This place in the final Eurovision Song Contest table was taken by Germany and its representative Abor & Tynna's song "Baller", one step ahead of the group "Katarsis"'s song "Tavo akys", which remained in 16th place.
10. The song "Baller" became the hit of the summer of 2025
Abor & Tynna's song "Baller" was extremely successful in the charts of European countries and became a real hit of the summer of 2025. The song reached very high positions in Germany, Austria, as well as very good results in Lithuania, Latvia, Switzerland, Ukraine and Poland. The duo is presenting this work and songs from their debut album on their first tour, during which they will also visit Lithuania to perform.
