Formed in New York
The Fun Lovin' Criminals were formed in New York in 1993, when the future members of the band worked at the Limelight nightclub. The future musicians met British concert organizer Neville Wells, who uttered the fateful phrase: "You have to make music together!".

Origin of the name
The band took the name "Fun Lovin' Criminals" from a graffiti gang in New York City that used to sign their name.

Most famous song
The band's most famous song is "Scooby Snacks", which features dialogue excerpts from Quentin Tarantino's films "Pulp Fiction" and "Reservoir Dogs".

Debut success

Joint tour with U2
In 1998, U2 embarked on the PopMart world tour, which is considered one of the first major concert tours in music history. Filmed in a beer commercial
Miller Beer wanted Fun Lovin' Criminals to film an ad, but due to a strike, the band couldn't do it in New York. The musicians found a bridge similar to New York, but it was... in Australia. The customers said, "Yes, we're going to Sydney, all expenses will be covered." The commercial was filmed, featuring the band's hit Loco, but it was only broadcast in a few European countries, including England.

A new album awaited for 15 years
After a 15-year hiatus, Fun Lovin' Criminals released a new studio album. The album A Matter Of Time, which contains 10 new songs, was released on August 29. The group will also perform their latest works and greatest hits at a concert in Lithuania during their world tour.
