"The Roop" Invites You to Join an Unconventional Social Experiment This Valentine's Day
Every year, on Valentine's Day, we strive to express our feelings in ways that will leave a lasting impression on those we care about—be it a partner, parents, siblings, or even a pet. Everyone deserves moments that might never come again. On February 14th, at the Palanga Concert Hall, The Roop invites fans to experience a special concert, “Valentine on Fire,” offering a chance to create unforgettable memories.
“If you're going to celebrate love, make it bright and unique,” say the band members. “That’s why we’ve created a special platform where anyone can record a voice message filled with love. We promise these messages will be played during the concert in Palanga. For those who find it difficult to express their feelings aloud, you can also share your emotions or memorable experiences in writing—your letters will be displayed on large screens set up on stage. If you’d rather remain anonymous, that’s completely fine too.”
The famous trio—Vaidotas Valiukevičius, Mantas Banišauskas, and Robertas Baranauskas—describe this initiative as a unique social experiment tailored for the Valentine’s Day concert in Palanga.
“We share our stories through songs, but this time, we want to tell your stories, adding our music as color and illustration,” the band explains. “Moreover, your messages will directly shape the course of the concert. Want to see how it all unfolds live? Join us on February 14th at the Palanga Concert Hall.”
According to The Roop, this is a wonderful opportunity to surprise a loved one sitting in the audience. Imagine the joy of hearing your voice or seeing your heartfelt words on screen during the concert.
“Feel free to record anything—your thoughts on love, a personal story, a memorable one-night adventure, or even a poem you’ve written. Everyone who submits a message will receive a discount code for concert tickets,” shares Valiukevičius.

The concert “Valentine on Fire” will feature more than just this interactive element. The Roop is planning additional surprises for couples and attendees. “Our goal is to celebrate love as creatively as possible. Whether it’s someone proposing on stage or planning another heartfelt gesture, we’ll help make it special. The most important thing is to dare to love and dream,” says the band’s frontman.
Organizers promise that “Valentine on Fire” will be an extraordinary experience filled with energy, love, and unforgettable moments. The seaside venue was chosen specifically for this occasion, adding a sense of warmth and intimacy to the atmosphere. The Roop will perform their biggest hits, including “On Fire,” “Discoteque,” “Pavasaris,” and “Šiluma.” Additionally, fans will be treated to the premiere of new songs from the band’s upcoming album, set to be released later this spring.
The band has previously teased a colorful Valentine’s Day show: “Expect fire, tranquility, our signature quirkiness, energy, and vibrancy—just like love itself.”
“Valentine on Fire” will take place on February 14th, Friday, at the Palanga Concert Hall. Tickets are available at Shownet.lt.
The event is organized by the music agency M.P.3, which is also hosting the Antikvariniai Kašpirovskio Dantys tour across Lithuania, the legendary U.S. rapper The Game in Compensa, and the iconic Scorpions’ 60th-anniversary show, the only Baltic performance, in Riga.
