Aidas Giniotis ir grupė „PlumBum“ | „Nenusigąsk – tai mes“

On May 23, 2026, at 8:30 PM, at “Vandenis” in Palanga, Aidas Giniotis together with the band “PlumBum” will present the program “Don’t Be Afraid – It’s Us”, featuring songs by the iconic pioneer of Lithuanian sung poetry Vytautas Kernagis, as well as other well-known bards and songs from the “Keistuoliai” Theatre.

Director, teacher, actor – the eccentric maestro Aidas Giniotis is well known to audiences. For over three decades, he has been delighting listeners with his original (and not only!) songs, both solo and alongside other performers. This time, he invites to the stage the band “PlumBum” (“Falling Plum”), composed of five musical and energetic actors of the youngest generation: Džiugas Širvys, Aistė Šeštokaitė, Lyja Maknavičiūtė, Urtė Smulskytė-Auksoraitienė, and Matas Pranskevičius – all vibrant and unique personalities who, while devoted to theatre, never step away from music.

Together with these young creators, Aidas Giniotis will explore new sound interpretations of melodies many know by heart, promising to revive Vytautas Kernagis’ songs with sensitivity, diversity, and, most importantly, deep sincerity.
