Biplan Invites to Summer Concerts – Will Also Perform at the Largest Music Festival in the Baltic States

The end of July promises to be very special for the band Biplan. The musicians are preparing for their upcoming performances on the Lithuanian and Latvian coasts, as well as their return to the stage of Lukiškės Prison 2.0 following last year's success.

All the band's thoughts are now on these upcoming shows in Lithuania and Latvia. Having celebrated their 30th anniversary with a bang this year, the members of Biplan invite fans to meet up on July 22nd at Uostas13 in Šventoji, July 23rd at the Oldman club in Palanga, and July 30th at Lukiškės Prison 2.0 in Vilnius. Tickets for these summer concerts are distributed by Shownet.lt and Bilietai.lt.

According to the musicians, last year's concerts were incredible, so they promised themselves they would return with a bang this year. Right after their performance at Lukiškės Prison 2.0, Biplan will travel to the largest music festival in the Baltic States, Summer Sound in Liepāja, where they will perform on July 31st.

"We have previously performed in Riga and Daugavpils," recalls the band's lead singer, Maksas Melmanas. "Playing for a non-Lithuanian audience is always an interesting experience. However, music itself is a universal enough language, so I hope the audience catches the Biplan vibe. Of course, we also hope for support from our compatriots, as traveling to Liepāja is really not that far."

In these concerts filled with summer heat, Biplan will perform their most summery songs like "O mes prie jūros", "Jūros gilumos spalvos akių mergaitė", and "Kapitonai", alongside their biggest hits: "Amore", "Labas rytas", "Kino filmai 2015", and many others.

One of Biplan's most popular songs, "Sexodromai", will also be performed. The band recently shared a live version of this track on their YouTube channel, which was recorded and filmed at Compensa Hall during the "Biplan 30: Birthday Concert".
