Legendary Camouflage Music Video "Stranger's Thoughts" Reborn in 4K

The legendary band Camouflage, set to perform in Lithuania this autumn, has added another hit to its collection of digitally remastered music videos. Starting today, the group's classic song "Stranger's Thoughts" has officially become part of the 4K remastered music video club. There is no doubt that this song will be performed at the Camouflage concert on October 15 at the Vilnius club "Kablys," with tickets distributed by Shownet.lt.

In early 1988, immediately following the explosive success of the cult hit "The Great Commandment," the song "Stranger's Thoughts" was released as the second single from the band's debut album Voices & Images and achieved massive popularity across Europe. This Friday, May 22, the restored music video, directed by Rainer Thieding, made its debut on YouTube and is now available in pristine 4K resolution.

Just like with the previously updated hit "The Great Commandment," the music video for "Stranger's Thoughts" was directed by Rainer Thieding, who earned immense critical acclaim four decades ago for his bold and artistic creative choices. Today, both music videos restored by the director represent the early work of these synthpop pioneers.

This marks the third music video by Camouflage to undergo a digital rebirth. Previously, the music videos for two other famous hits by the group—"The Great Commandment" and "Love Is a Shield"—were remastered in 4K, and they are now joined by "Stranger's Thoughts."

Having recently celebrated their 40th anniversary in the industry, Camouflage continues to successfully create music and actively tour. The band is highly popular in Lithuania with a large fan base and will be visiting the country for the fifth time. On October 15 of this year, Camouflage will stage an exclusive concert at the Vilnius club "Kablys," performing their most famous tracks from various creative eras.
