On April 25, the legendary gothic rock band Siela will perform an exclusive concert titled "Tamsos paukščiai" (Birds of Darkness) at St. Catherine's Church. The band, having last performed in a church over 15 years ago, promises an extraordinary appearance – Siela’s greatest hits will resonate ethereally under the church vaults.

The last remaining tickets for Siela’s concert at St. Catherine's Church are available on the ticketing platform Shownet.lt.

"This concert at St. Catherine's Church is very special to us – we feel that the audience is eagerly anticipating it, as tickets are nearly sold out," says Aurelijus Sirgedas, the leader of Siela. "We are preparing a unique program with more peace, more silence, and more space for the music to breathe. It will be a true journey of live music."

Performing with their full lineup, Siela is creating an atmosphere of exceptional intensity. The band claims that the songs will carry the audience away like a "wind carrying the night into hallucinations," subtly hinting that the evening will feature hits from both their cult debut album Vėjas, nešantis naktį (1990) and their latest work Haliucinacijos (2026).

"We will perform not only well-known songs but also tracks we have never played live before, as well as reviving our older repertoire. We want this to be more than just a concert – we want it to be an experience," says A. Sirgedas.

The last time Siela performed at St. Catherine's Church was in 2011, when they presented the program Visa matanti akis. This acoustic concert was recorded and subsequently released on vinyl and digital formats.

Joining the gothic rock pioneers for their return to this sacred space will be cellist Jokūbas Burneikis and backing vocalist Elena Dambrauskaitė. Lighting artist Marius Selevičius will transform the vaults of St. Catherine's Church into a living, breathing visual world, where specially designed scenography and Siela’s music will merge into a magical whole.
