One of Lithuania’s longest-running music groups, Biplan, invites fans to a festive anniversary celebration. The event "Biplan 30: Birthday Concert," taking place tomorrow at the Compensa Concert Hall in Vilnius, will feature timeless hits such as "Labas rytas," "Kino filmai," "Amore," "O mes prie jūros," "Anzelmutė," and many other fan favorites.
The last remaining tickets for the Biplan concert are available on the ticketing platform Shownet.lt. During the festive show, the band will perform not only their greatest hits but also tracks from their latest album, Viskas kaip patinka tau.
The musicians have prepared several surprises to be revealed during the event—the audience will see special scenography, guest performers, and new arrangements of certain songs. The band might even perform a track from their debut album Banzai, which was originally recorded in English.
"Thirty years is a round and very significant milestone. Although I don’t usually overemphasize birthdays, they are important because it’s a celebration we create and give to others—our listeners. Without them, there would be no Biplan and no number 30," says lead singer Maksas Melmanas.

The songs "Anzelmutė" (2002) and "Amore" (2013) earned the AGATA most-played songs of the year honors, and in 2009, according to the Lithuanian Neighboring Rights Association, Biplan became the most-played group of the year. Furthermore, for his consistent activity and civic engagement, Biplan leader Maksas Melmanas was awarded the state Order for Merits to Lithuania medal in 2015.
Biplan has toured the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Latvia, and even Albania. They have performed in Ukraine during pivotal moments for the country and supported protests in Belarus.
