Fresh from Japan, Donatas Montvydas Invites You to a Valentine’s Day Concert in Palanga

One of the most prominent figures on the Lithuanian music scene, Donatas Montvydas, recently returned from a trip to Japan. Having gathered fresh creative ideas in the Land of the Rising Sun, the singer now invites fans to a special concert featuring the Vilnius Voices gospel choir. This performance, set to be the most romantic date of the year, will take place on February 14th at the Palanga Concert Hall. Having recently visited Japan, the singer is perhaps the only representative of Lithuanian popular music actively working in the Asian show business market. His visit was not for leisure, but rather to participate in a high-level creative camp.

"I visited Japan at the invitation of a well-known Japanese production team. I took part in a five-day creative session, during which I composed songs for foreign artists," shared Donatas Montvydas regarding his impressions of the trip.

Returning with a wealth of new ideas, the artist had no time to rest—he immediately dove into rehearsals with the Vilnius Voices gospel choir.

"After a 15-year break, I am returning to the stage with a gospel choir. We have created new arrangements for the songs specifically selected for this concert. Performed together with the choir, these pieces will take on a new sound, making them perfect for Valentine's Day evening," says Donatas Montvydas.

After recently rocking Vilnius Kalnų Park and the country's largest arena, Žalgirio Arena in Kaunas, the singer invites his fans to the most romantic date of the year—a Valentine's Day performance with the Vilnius Voices gospel choir on February 14th at the Palanga Concert Hall.
